Docket Launch is a crucial team member in the battle of data implementation. Let’s face it, we all have dirty data. If you’re in the same boat I was in, you should yield this advice. You cannot do this alone, you will need help. You will need Docket Launch. We used Docket Launch for our two criminal defense firms. Las Vegas Defense Group has Colorado Legal Defense Group. For over ten years we had mix-matched software that didn’t communicate. In an attempt to reconcile our dirty data, and eliminate redundancy, we decided to move from Clio Grow to Lead Docket. With two individual law firms, that had entirely separate needs, the level of technical sophistication required to pull off this implementation was a tall task to achieve. After we terminated our contract with MyCase not 4 days before the supposed “launch”, Docket Launch came in clutch. With Docket Launch’s help, we were able to get two firms implemented in under 5 business days. Each firm had 300+ custom fields, 15+ client intake forms, 30+ document templates, 30+ message templates, and so much more to create, reformat and implement. On launch day, things we’re a-go, as promised. After Lead Docket went live, Taylor stayed on for two weeks to be at the full disposal of all my employees, as well as happily re-doing things as the employees got the hang of it all, and in-turn, got pickier. She never offered up advice to employees that ownership did not approve, and never promised anything without confirming first. When issues arose, emails were sent immediately, and follow-ups were prioritized without any direction from me. I would 100% hire Docket Launch again and highly recommend them to anyone who is moving towards Lead Docket, or the Filevine/Lead Docket combo.
